Djimma (Djemma, Djimmah, Jimma) coffees come from a region of Ethiopia that produces over 50% of the country's coffee beans. Our washed Djimma 5 is one of the top premium Djimma's available on the market today.
This Ethiopian coffee is a true Mocha, and represents over 50% of Ethiopia's coffee exports.

Our Ethiopian Djimma arabica coffee beans are a full-bodied coffee with a deep, rustic and chocolaty flavour. The first sips are very smooth and well balanced which trasforms into a big body experience with a long and lingering after-taste.
