Brazilian Daterra 'Sweet Collection' Green Coffee Beans
The Daterra plantation has been in operation for over 20 years, and is committed
to both very high quality and sustainable coffee bean production.
Complex and elegant, this coffee offers a sweet fruity aroma, pleasant acidity with
citrus notes. Its finish, its smooth sweet body and its flavour will add vanilla
caramel notes to the cup. This coffee was used by Klaus Thomsen in the 2006 World
Barista Championship.
Our new 'Sweet Collection' coffee from Daterra is really nice indeed. Quite delicate
for an espresso, but still has enough punch to come through rich and creamy in a
milk-based latte or cappucino.
